About the Car

Supplied new at Kerridges of Needham Market in 1984, 'Bessie' was owned for many years by Mrs Joan White of Ferry Road in Felixstowe. After her untimely passing in 1990, it was inherited by her Granddaughter and driven (mostly on two wheels) around Felixstowe until 1994.After that, the car changed hands a few times before finding long-term ownership in Norfolk.In 2019 Joan's grandson, Daniel, spotted the car on eBay and bought it without hesitation. Since then it has enjoyed a sensitive and sympathetic renovation and is now loved and cherished by the third and fourth generation of the family.
